Update Options

When creating or updating a profile, you should confirm that the Options have been set correctly.

Filters

When selecting documents and files to be included, check that all files extensions doc, docx, pdf, xlsx etc are included in the Options.

Select Analysis > File field .

Add the appropriate file extensions into the Page Files text box, separating them with a space.

Reports

To configure, elect E-mail under Network on the left hand side:

Input the SMTP Server, the Sender name and the Sender e-mail address.

It may be necessary to configure the SMTP username and password found under Other SMTP settings...

The Options window also allows you to customise tables and contents that are displayed in the reports. This can be found under Reports > Tables and also Contents.

Another useful feature is to truncate the number of lines of the tables, this number is set under Reports > Items:
